established by means of capital restructuring on the basis of the
original Shanghai New Century Entrepreneurial Group Co., Ltd., which Mr.

To meet the great demands for high
quality foreign language talents after China’s access to WTO, the group
invested a huge amount of fund to setup Shanghai Industry & Commerce
Foreign Language College in 2001，which is a full-time private college
with the approval of Shanghai Municipal Government. It is filed in the
State Education Ministry and registered in Shanghai Municipal enrollment
